She grew up in west-Switzerland, surrounded by music in a family passionate about the arts. She began playing the violin at a very young age with her aunt and continued her musical education throughout her childhood and teenage years, also exploring guitar, music theory, singing, and choir. After completing a bilingual high school diploma with a focus on music, including a year-long exchange in London, as well as many years of studying voice and guitar at the Conservatoire du Nord Vaudois and the Swiss Jazz School, Camille was admitted to the Bern University of the Arts (HKB), where she studied in Efrat Alony’s vocal class. In June 2024, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Jazz and Contemporary singing with distinction (excellent). Since September 2024, she has been pursuing a Master’s degree in Performance in Jazz and Contemporary Music at the same institution. As part of this progamm, she has had the opportunity to work with renowned musicians such as Colin Vallon, Andreas Schaerer, Jim Black, Patrice Moret, Ralph Alessi, Biliana Voutchkova and many others.
Alongside her studies, Camille is very active on the Swiss music scene, performing in various projects as a singer, guitarist, and improviser. She has notably collaborated and played with pianist Florian Favre, guitarist Rob Luft, and trumpeter Matthieu Michel.

Her music is highly diverse, drawing from jazz, pop, rock, and even punk influences. Her compositional approach goes beyond genre boundaries, incorporating a wide range of dynamics and textures. The result is music that lies somewhere between lyric-driven songwriting and experimental music. Some of her works appear highly abstract, even improvised such as a duo for bass clarinet and voice while others are fully arranged and feature richer, more elaborate instrumentation.
Improvisation plays a key role in her artistic practice, whether on stage, during performances, or throughout the compositional process. In her performances, she embraces contrast and explores different colors of her voice, sometimes delicate and fragile, sometimes loud, direct, and intense

She draws inspiration from artists she deeply admires, such as Thom Yorke, Adrianne Lenker, Björk, Sidsel Endresen, Blonde Redhead and many others.
